Stephan Bey is a Principal of Bingley Capital. Stephan has significant experience in advising and investing in growing mid-market private companies focused on traditional/diversified industries. Prior to founding Bingley Capital, Stephan was a Managing Director, Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers, where he worked for 11 years until 2007, heading up the Technology Investment Banking Group in Europe. Previously, Stephan worked as a corporate controller at Tsubaki of Canada and Deloitte & Touche, where in 1991, he received his C.A. designation. In 1996, Stephan received his M.B.A. designation from the London School of Business, and in 1990 his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Andrew Bishop is a Principal of Bingley Capital, advising and investing in growing mid-market private companies. Andrew has a significant depth of experience in the finance, strategy and operations of companies and organizations. Prior to establishing Bingley Capital in 2009, he held senior roles in investment banking, at a number of Canadian and International investment banks, including HSBC Securities, where he led the investment banking efforts in the industrial and consumer products and healthcare sectors. For the past 9 years, Andrew has also served as a Director and Chair of Willow Breast & Hereditary Cancer Support, a not-for-profit organization focused on breast cancer. Andrew received an International M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from McGill University. He also received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.
